Our first releases will be a Provence style, single varietal Grenache Rosé, a Sauvignon Blanc and a classic Bordeaux white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon that will be ready for release this summer. We’re very excited for the Fall 2026 release of our Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and several beautiful Bordeaux style red blends. In the coming years, our focus will be on French varietals, primarily Bordeaux blends, crisp Provence style Rosé, and we’re particularly excited to produce Unoaked Chardonnay from our estate vineyard.
We’re thrilled to be working with storied winemaker Bénédicte Rhyne. Originally from Aix-en-Provence, currently in her thirty sixth harvest season, her well earned wisdom and intuition is reflected in the sophisticated, complex and perfectly balanced wines for which she has become known. After having an established career making wine in France and Sonoma, she’s been living in Fredericksburg, working with Texas grapes for the last twenty years. We can not wait to see the results of her talent combined with the unique properties of our estate vineyard.
